Amazon listing: Door Reinforcement Lock Safety Home Security Front Door Lock Child Proof | Door Safety Lock for Front Door, Toddler Proof Latch Entry Security, Flip Guardian 800lbs Force Home Security 8 Screws

The EverPlus Door Reinforcement Lock Safety Home Security latch is a flip-style metal lock that mounts on the inside of an inward-opening door, and promo code SEZEBTIL takes 42% off right now. If you have been browsing for an amazon door lock that adds another latch point alongside your deadbolt, this one is worth a closer look.

The silver metal body includes a 3-inch stop, comes with its own mounting screws, and is rated by the seller to withstand 800 lbs of force. Operating it takes two fingers: pinch the top and bottom grooves, slide the bar along its track and swing it clear of the door. The spring-loaded design is part of why EverPlus also pitches it as a childproofing add-on.

Before you buy, check four things: the door must swing inward, its inside face must be flat, there should be at least 1/8 inch of space between door and frame, and the frame itself needs to measure more than 1 inch across. If it fits, the EverPlus door reinforcement lock safety home security coupon code is SEZEBTIL; paste it at checkout for the 42% discount.

Who should buy it (and who should skip it)

This latch is aimed at homeowners with inward-opening front or side doors who want an extra lock point they can operate from inside, and at parents comparing childproofing add-ons for an exterior door. It is not for outward-swinging doors, doors without a flat interior face, or anyone who cannot drill into the door and frame, so renters should check their lease rules first.

Before you buy the EverPlus Door Reinforcement Lock Safety Home Security: quick tips

  • Measure the gap between door and frame; the listing calls for at least 1/8 inch (3mm) of clearance.
  • Check that your door frame is wider than 1 inch (25mm), since narrower frames will not suit this latch.
  • Have an electric drill, drill bit, pencil, hammer and chisel ready, as those are the tools the instructions list.
  • Check the fit with the door closed and locked, mark the lock position, then pre-drill to keep the screws aligned.

EverPlus Door Reinforcement Lock Safety Home Security coupon & promo code FAQ

Will the EverPlus reinforcement lock fit my door?

It is made for most inward-opening residential doors. The inside of the door should be flat, the gap to the frame at least 1/8 inch (3mm), and the frame more than 1 inch (25mm) wide. Outward-swinging doors are not a match.

How do you unlock the EverPlus door latch?

Pinch the grooves at the top and bottom of the sliding bar with your thumb and forefinger, pull the bar straight along its track, then swing it clear of the door. Reversing those same steps locks it again.

What tools do I need to install the EverPlus lock?

The instructions list an electric drill with a drill bit, a pencil, a hammer and a chisel. You check the fit with the door locked, mark where the lock will sit on the interior side of the door, then pre-drill and fit the screws.

Is there a clip coupon to use alongside code SEZEBTIL?

Not right now. The listing has no clip coupon, so SEZEBTIL is the way to get the 42% discount. Enter it in the promo code field during checkout and confirm the savings appear in the order summary before you finalize the purchase.

Is SEZEBTIL still working?

It was active when we last checked on Oct 19, 2026. Seller codes usually run 24–72 hours or until a set number of uses is gone, so apply it soon. Our team marks a code as ended as soon as members report it.

Is there a EverPlus Door Reinforcement Lock Safety Home Security coupon or discount code?

Yes – SEZEBTIL is the current Amazon promo code (42% off). Amazon calls it a promotion code; it works the same way as a coupon or discount code at checkout.

Do I need Amazon Prime to use it?

No. Promo codes work for any Amazon account unless the promotion box on the product page says Prime-only.

Why didn't the code apply?

Usually a different size or color than the one the code covers, a one-per-account limit, or the code sold out. See all the fixes.
